Returns & Exchanges

At Route One Apparel, we want you to love your Maryland pride gear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or save it for later.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
